I would like to know if the CA's: Flamethrower, Cannon blast and Mortar grenade are effected by atack, do these CA's always hit and therefor don't need atack or are they calculated the same way as hitting with a weapon and therefor do need atack?
EDIT: Oh and does Dwarfen steel also effect those CA's? I know flamethrower it won't effect because the damage is all flame, but cannon blast's damage is full physical and a part of the mortar grenade is physical to so it could help me improve my damage output?
Another EDIT: What would give me the most damage output putting my attribute points in Dexterity or physical regen? I mean with physical regen my regen of my spells would go down and that lets me up the lv of my CA's so that also means more damage but Dexterity does also add damage to my ranged CA's what would be best for my damage output then? And what would you choose and why?
Thanks in advance.

wel i see i have to awnser the question because no wil take the time to wzup with you people....!
ok here it goes
question 1: atack is good for flamethrower, and cannon blast and mortar always hit but it happend to me in the beginning that the dmg dint hit maybe because the atack was to low
question 2: yess it lowers the phys resis for weapons and even CA's
question 3: wel i always go for flame thrower and the dex does boost the dmg up like crazy,i never worry about the regen dwarven lore and weapon tech does the job for me and also wearing the right gear lowers the regen also if you are going to use ranged like guns and muskets i would defenitly go for dex it maybe cool to take phys regen if you take axes you are more in close combat and depend more on your regen and health to back you up
i hope this helps you out a bit and good luck with your build m8
