Clan Roll-call!

roll-call means that we are present on the forum every week
on Saturday make a post
there will be setup a roll-call thread just for members
visitors can not enter this thread this is strictly for members
were they can post every week about what kind of games they play and what they are most active in atm

it is very important you come at these roll-calls because
there is a penalty system setup as of now

mis 1 roll-call:
warning message send to you in your PM

2 roll-calls:
1 week ban from the clan forum and activities

3 roll-calls:
you can lose medals ,rank,and the possibility of clan membership

can you not make a roll-call because of vacation or other personal stuff
let it be known in the roll-call thread so we know and you wont risk any banning ,rank or losing from medals and membership

Wel people we have turned into a lotro clan
and we dont have that much players spread out anymore

so im gonna drop the Roll-call
BUT i wil use the penalty system
if you are not on this forum for over 2 weeks the first warning wil be given and each after 1 week and they count just as the Roll-call warnings

i do want to keep a active and enjoyable clan for every one to participate and visit in

i wil mae a voting to see what people think about it and il wil have a meeting with officers and staff to talk it over

as we are expanding to more games a roll-call is a good thing to pull people together and keep a eye on it all as to if they are active in the clan

Yup demon lets get roll call set up again, wit alot of people not in game it would be nice to see how they are doin and if they are still active

Roll-call is still down and wont be up in the clan as long as we dont play more then 3 supported game in the clan
