Associating with banned
. Associating with Enemies listed in Dark Templars is unacceptable. Associating with banned members/players is prohibited within clan servers, clan games, clan chatrooms and clan channels. For MMO's or games with shared massive servers there can be no joining The Dark Templars teams, parties, groups, raids, linkshells, etc with banned members.
*the Dark Templars cannot and will not forbid you from talking to banned members on your own private messengers, email, phone or playing in non-Dark Templars related games so long as it's clearly 100% separated from any territorial places, events or activities of the Dark Templars. Keep in mind that you will also become an accomplice and held accountable by associating with banned members if they take part in harm to Dark Templars or its members. Beware, society as a whole tends to judge people based upon who they associate with.
Account Responsibility
You are fully responsible for any and all actions on your accounts within the forum and on the gaming networks. Do not share your accounts. If someone gains access to your accounts and passwords and something occurs that could jeopardize the clan, your membership, titles, ranks or reputation, you will be held completely liable regardless of whoever was signed into your account at the time and consequences will be placed against you the account owner. NO EXCEPTIONS. Protect your Passwords, share them with no one.
Respect and behavior
We are all expected to treat other members with the highest respect and to carry Honor of the clan wherever you go.
• You will be kind, courteous, helpful and supportive of all members.
• You will be respectful to any person that visits any darktemplars game channels not on our official enemy list. Treat them as guest and potential new member. Be welcoming.
• Unacceptable behavior includes but not limited to, spamming the forums, name calling, ridiculing, threatening, destructive public humiliation not of a joking or friendly manner toward any member of darktemplars or any associated alliances.
• Defamation, libel and slander are unacceptable. This includes any false or unsubstantial public accusations of conspiracy, corruption or abuse of power.
• 100% compliance with darktemplars clan. Meaning no sexual advances, harassment towards a minor under 18. No sexual harassment, discussion of sexual acts or pornographic material regardless of age.
• You may lose privileges, ranks, titles, medals, status, access, and respect or even worse be kicked from the clan if you are caught and charged with this offense.
Multiclanning
No one shall be allowed to commit to another clan unless that member is joining for a game not supported by darktemplars and the clan is not on our hostile or enemy listing of diplomacy.
- Member may not advance to an mod position in darktemplar clan so long as they are a member of another approved clan.
Demonjay: Members in another clan for a game we don't support will be allowed to remain members of that clan if we do start supporting that game in darktemplars so long as this clan is not on our hostile or enemy listing of diplomacy.
This also goes for Lotro and being in other kins
you must give up you are in a other kin and we are prevered you leave them with all your alts
if you cant or wont we will discuss if its posible for you to stay there
or have to leave our kinhshipp
Clan Tag
If you sign up and are accepted as a full member of the darktemplars you must add the darktemplars clan tag to ALL of your Names on any game that we play and support online that you with in the clan.
it shows u are part of this clan a dedicated member of DT and promotes our clan at the same time
those who not wear the clan can simply not be in that certain clan group earn medals that go with it and can not join in any clan matches we do as a group
Demonjay-My personal opinion , i think if u wanna be in a clan u should wear the tag to represent the clan u are in and i find not wearing it disrespectful and i for one will not play with no clan tag wearing members.
The clan tag looks like this: [DT]
infront of your name pls
a few simple rules
There are a few rules... that really should be considered common sense more than anything else...
1) Be respectful of ALL players (not just clan members) at all times. Always remember the phrase "two wrongs don't make a right". If you have a real problem with any player, clan member or not, please report them. If you are planning on reporting them and want some disciplinary action to be taken please provide screenshots to prove your claim if able. Otherwise we will have to mediate and make the best judgment we can based on both sides without any real proof as to what really happened. No clan member should be vindictive or play a hand of judgment upon another player.
2) While playing with clan members (and you should really do this with all players because it is polite) there is a simple rule about item drops. All items or runes for a specific character type go to the player using that type, unless there is more than one in which case you must alternate who gets the items. All odd items and runes that fall for a character type not playing are alternated between all players. This way drop dispersement is always fair. Greediness WILL EFFECT YOUR CLAN STATUS!!!.
3) If you sign up and are accepted as a full member of the darktemplars you must add the darktemplars clan tag to ALL of your characters on any Sacred Accounts and every other game that we play online that you have registered into the clan.
The clan tag looks like this: [DT]
4) No Profanity!!! Please keep in mind that there are players of all ages in the game servers and on this forum so we have a no swearing rule.
5) No scamming or stealing from any players....
6) Last but not least KEEP IT FUN!!!
