Tribal fusion bellydance

I've mentioned here and there that I do a bit of bellydance, so I thought I'd post a vid of exactly the type of bellydance I do. It's called Tribal Fusion and is based around old tribal bellydance, but with a modern twist to it. The woman in the video is Rachel Brice, and I'm no where near as good as her, but I'm getting there slowly.

It's suprisingly not that hard. It's mainly based around the three muscles in your stomach, and training yourself on how to move each one independantly of the other. It takes a long time to get it right, but once you can do it, you don't forget easily. The rest is pretty much keeping your movements fluid and sensual.

I've been doing it for about three years on and off, but once I'm in my new apartment I'll have the room to do it more. It's great fun and the music is good. Especially with the tribal stuff, because you can experiment a bit more with your genre of music, as aposed to the more traditional eastern music.

As for the daily motiont vid, which part do I copy, the link code, or the embeding code? It really confused me. I noticed the drop down menu, but wasn't sure which bit to paste lol.

the part i made yellow you put between the brackets [dm][/dm]
you always put the code between the brackets no matter which vid ( youtube,shoutfile ect ect ) you post the code from the URL

At the moment I'm experimenting with a modern take on traditional eastern music, with a bit of a trance edge. It works suprisingly well!

Actually here is a link to some of the stuff I dance to. This guy tries to use traditional eastern instruments, but draw them out of the genre that they're usually associated with, and add a more electronic touch to them.
