Was just looking a bit on the forums, and noticed we were missing a Dualwielding spec. I know that we haven't got anyone who runs with such a spec, but in case someone wanna mess around with it a bit.
Instead of writing an essay about u can use this link:

it's made by Kruunch and got all aspects explained. The spec should be the best DW-spec and not far from the 38para/26champ/2rift-2hand spec.
And if Trion would fix a few of the known bugs the 2handed para spec will be nerfed a bit leaving this spec close to the 2handed.
