This is a 2-Handed paragon spec wich needs atleast a Fervor or Clover. And its mainly focused on single-target fights

cast Rising Waterfall
cast Power Strike
Finisher:
#show strike like iron
suppressmacrofailures
cast Strike like Iron
cast Fiery Burst
And last a Off-global-cd-button:

cast Inescapable Fury
cast Turn the Blade
the GCD button should never be used before rising waterfall is ready. Since RW is the main dmg in this build.
Meaning u the rotation would be
Spam1 > Spam2 > (rare occasions) Spam3 > Finisher
In the rotation the GCD-button may Never be used between Spam1 and Spam2
Buffs would be: Way of the Mountain, Slayers Bearing, Storm Blade and if u havent got a archon or bard then Focus Body aswell
