To all DT Guild members
Here a overview of how Events are planned , How u can sign up for them and how they go into procedure.
We have a CALENDAR on this forum.
There u can see all events that are planned by the Guild Officers.
At the event will be a link that leads to a thread where u can sign up for that event.
Make sure u meet the certain requirements for that particular event that is put up , REQUIREMENT
The Officer that Planned the event will be Organizing the event on that day.
That will mean that he will be online ahead of time to do shout outs in guild so people can get ready , and will be starting invites ON TIME
For Raids the Officers will make a random selection of the right classes they need for the instance , We incurage u to keep signing up even if the max amount is reached for the raid.
Any drop outs during raid we will fill it up with a Raider that did sign up for it first
If the Raid is not completed we will have a continue run on the planned day/time (sundays)
People that helped do the raid but did not finish it get First rights to the spots for the continue run.
We will take note of people that could not come and will try to cycle classes on the next raid so everyone gets their turn.
Make sure u are ready and on time please.
if u for some reason cant make it , leave a reply at the forum event or let a Officer know ahead of time in a PM,ingame mail so the Officer knows and your spot opens up for a other Guildie.
If the Required number of players for the event is not achieved.
The Officer that planned the event will decide on what to do.
Looks in Guild for a replacement , Looks for a pug or cancels the event
All Corrupted or malformed souls will be taken by the officer for Guild use.
