I was wondering if we could set up a rift night that could be in a set rotation. I know it's not a priority and should definately not take up time and effort that should be used on other raids but it's still a fun fight and some of us (aka me) are still after the housing item and the full rift set for cosmetics 
It would definately help with the lower levels or peoples alts in learning and getting comfortable with the way we raid and how to use their characters effectively in similar situations. It should also make them feel more welcome, that it isn't just a grind to get minimum rad or end content levels to join in.
It doesn't have to be a weekly thing (maybe every two - four weeks we replace the event evening with a kin run in the rift?) but it gets difficult to make time for runs and things when there's little notice to it or if it's a spur of the moment decision.
Appreciate some input in this and any ideas other people have for it.
