I am starting lotro and I was interested in joining a kin. I have made my account but I understand the whole MMO process and was looking for an active kin to join. I have a level 11 Guardian and was wondering about your recruitment policy.

The best thing u can do is contact the kin Leader Kristle in game
Or send a ingame PM or tell to one of the Officers Thrar,Tharathelion,shindore,Cazza

also The Raid site is where they usually are found

Normally u register here and apply for the clan
get a inv to kin and go through a 2 week enrollment
to see if u fit in the Kin and the Kin is the kind of kin you are looking for
But i havent been on for a while in lotro or this forum so i dont really know.

Best thing u can do is contact them in game and check out the raid site

But u can always Apply here for the clan if u like
and join the fun
