How can fools set up a TS server

Since i have no knowledge how to do this i hope other people who are bored or helpful or both or whatever will fill this thread

In the hopes that a future event like this one (dj's computer committing harakiri under the weight of countless terabytes of porn) will not set back the kin on chatting mindlessly (me ofc) on TS

Since my knowledge of computers is swift strike, wild attack, relentless strikes, accept rezz and retreat. A very detailed description on how to set up a TS server from scratch would be helpfull.

I foolishly tried to create one myself but when i started it a dos window appeared with undecipherable symbols and i got a septic shock.
