Siege of Mirkwood?

This might seem a stupid question but is SoM going to be available to buy as a disc from shops? I've checked all sites, like Game and HMV, that sold MoM and none of them have any mention on SoM. I can't even find any box art. Is this only available to buy online as an electronic expansion or will a disc come out soon?
