As u all know i havent been in lotro for a while ...
this is due that my sub has ended for some reason ..
what i dint understand as i pay automaticly every 3 months..
so i went to my means to pay my lotro sub clickandbuy and it seems they closed my account because there was a bill open..
wel i payed it and after 5 days i couldnt use my account anymore of clickandbuy ass it has been lifted or whatever u call it in english..
so i needed to make a new clickandbuy account with a difrent email and get my bank account number working again on that new one
wel that was a kind of a hassle and all but after a lot of phone calls i finally got it to work ...
now i went to cogaccounts.codemasters.com/
and wwanted to pay my sub again
i took a look at my profile there and saw that it was still listed my old home adress so i chnged that and logged of got a nice email and all confirming it was changed
so i went back to login to pay my sub and i got the error message
You cannot login to this account as it has not been activated. To resend the account activation email, click here.
wel i clicked it 5 times no email on my old email adress or new on ..
so i thought i go to the lotro eu forum adn ask for help i try to login there and i get this message in my screen
wel great ...what does this mean i lose my whole account ??
all my chars everything ?!
wel ive send them a email ( custservice@codemasters.com) and i hope to hear from them soon
does anyone know why this is or can tell me how to solve this?

let me start explaining what happend to me the last couple days
wel my sub ended of lotro and i found that a bit strange as i pay ot automaticly from my bank account every 3 months ..
so i wanted to check my clickandbuy and it seemed they closed it because there was a bil open
wel i payed that bill they told me then that i needed to make a new clickandbuy account with a new email because that account my bank account number was blocked on , so i did that and all is wel
now i wanted to pay my sub again on cogaccounts.codemasters.com and saw that some of my personal profile things where form my old adress so i chaged thos to the new home adress i live now and changed also the email i wanted my sub information to come to jinternetpay@gmail.com
then i logged off and checked the email that was changed and it said that my profile was changed with succes and in right order now
now i wanted to log in to pay my sub and i get a error saying

wel i clicked that link 5 times now and i get no email send to me neither on Demonjaydt@gmail.com or my new one jinternetpay@gmail.com
so i though i go to the community forum and ask for help i try to login and i get this message in my screen

what?! how come ? i dont get it
ive been a player in lotro since the beta version and i never got in any trouble or did anything wrong so can u pls explain this to me ?
there must be some mistake ....
when i left lotro a week ago because of the problems i had with clickandbuy all was well
and now i try to pay my sub and i get this ...
im also a leader of a kin thats been around for a very long time and i do hope i can get back in game soon hope to hear from u soon as i want to get this resolved as soon as posible
