In lotro we started the kinship(guild) with 2ppl, and we both started the max char what we can have and invited em ^^ so if the problem is you have to have x ppl or the guild will be disbanded make alts an invite em

the problem with that is u cant have 2 ppl on 1 accountso i cant make and alt and invite because i would have 2 play the toon that is leader on wow guild and u can only ask well online
