Yeah, I sound like a scout, but thats not my intention! I'm making this thread to remind people that raids like the Watcher and the turtle is pretty much about preparation! If you do not show up with the required morale/power pots, food, hope and so on, we are most likely to fail! If not that, it takes a lot longer to get started than most of you are patient for!!! So come prepared next time u join a watcher run or a turtle raid!! Or you will feel my anger.... or something like that. Second thing.... YOU GUYS NEED TO LISTEN!!! For example, the watcher... Do you think he will go down if you all run around like headless chickens? NO!!! There is gonna be one leader for these kinda runs, and you are supposed to listen to that leader! There is a reason for the leader to be the leader... and thats because that person knows that instance or raid. So come prepared AND listen! its not that hard! - Ediel ps.... Kristle, you have been amazing the last 2 weeks. Thanks for leading the raids, thanks for paying for food/hope/pots and a special thanks from me for keeping the events going with me gone

I completely agree with you edi. Come prepared or prepare to fail. Simple. If you want that epic loot, come prepared and ready to listen. That means all your supplies, traited correctly and at the meeting location (rivendell, waterworks) at the set time! We are a great reaiding kin, as DJ has said before, we have taken down everything turbine has thrown at us. We just need to put in a little more effort with the watcher, he wont go down if only 7/12 people sign up. But yes, i understand people are getting bored of raids as we are there weekly, wiping (watcher), but with a little more determination and effort, like coming FULLY prepared then the turtle and the Watcher will lie defeated before we mighty Templars! Also, big thanks to kris for leading our raids recently, cant imagine how much buying a raid full of supplies must cost! , your doing great job m8

I also agree with this message. I overheard one or two people complain that it took a very long time to start a Kin raid, yet these same people arrived with no hope/morale/power pots and took absolutely everything on offer.
If you sign up to a Thursday raid on a Monday, you have three days to prepare, do so. Why sign you to a watcher/turtle/rift run knowing that you need pots/food and then don't bring any. Personnaly I think its lazy and inconsiderate, but thats me, I (usually) spend a good part of my week doing Q's for IXP and getting pots as rewards and picking up mats to make pots.
We have at least 3 SM scholars who can make the top power/morale pots, arrange with them some pots and provide the materials.
We have a few SM Jewellers who can make hope pots, do the same, khazad copper and one of the gems.
Kris and DJ are cooks, likewise do the same.
The AH has a plethora of goods at reasonable or extortionate prices, if you can't get one of the above people, the AH is your best friend.

i agree tbh i dont mind people forgetting it once in a while it can happen but dont make it a regular thing and as u know that raid is going to happen on that day be prepared to stack up on the necessary thing u need like food, pots, hope, fire oils etc etc i am a cook and i try to make food each week it cost em a great deal of money at times as i dont have a farmer and i rely on the stuff that on ah i ask in kin who needs it and send out a great deal ( no costs at all ) if any one have any requests for food send me a mail in game and il be sure to make u the stuff also hope i can do np but i do need the khazadan copper to make it as for leading i must say kristle u have been outstanding the last couple weeks in leading the raid and events , ty m8 i know i havent been on that much ....but that is going to change soon. if anyone wants me to lead the raids let me know as i got np to yell and curse at the ones that do not listen pls people when some one tries to lead keep in mind its a whole task in to keeping a calm and orderly, concentrated raid

in addition to DJ's post, I myself don't mind leading at all. I rather enjoy it. But atm I do not, honestly, know enough about the watcher or the turtle myself. So for now, I'm keeping to the smaller instances.... But for some reason, Kris is always in the same instances as me, and as we all know, he does a great job ^^ ah well, just wanted to say And to DJ and Kris, if you need ingredients from a farmer, just let me know. Send me a mail ingame with what you need and i'll take a trip to the Shire to make taters or mint leaves ^^
