Okay, Dark Templars.... Listen up!
Let's look back at this friday and sunday, when we did the watcher run. When did we start? Yep, at 21 uk time. When did the event start acording to the forum? That's right, at 20 uk time.
This is not good, guys! Come on..... So Kristle and I have come up with some new "rules."
When an event is set to start at 19:30-20:00, this means that invite will begin at 19:30!!! The run itself will begin at 20:00!!!
If you can not be online at 19:30, talk to DJ, Kristle or me, then we might be able to save you a spot if you can make it for 20!! Otherwise, we have to move some of the events from now on... It's not fair for anyone to sit for 1-1½ hour and wait for a run to begin.
If this does not work, we have to come up with something a bit more strict!
And in this thread, I would like to remember everyone to read the forum before every big run, like the watcher, for new updates on tactics and such. Also remember to bring what it says so we dont have to wait for ppl going to the AH or even making the things while we wait...
Have a nice day!

I'm agreeing with Ediel on this, it really isn't fair on everyone else who shows up on time. I will admit I have joined previous runs at 19:30 and then ran off to quickly retrait/buy things etc, but then we have still had to wait for other people to show, sometimes not starting until nearly an hour later than scheduled.
I understand that sometimes things happen at the last minute and people then can't make the run, but either a quick post in the Shoutbox here on the forum, or a quick tell in game to let us all know that you won't be available means that we can start to look for a replacement and then try to keep the run on time. And yes, sometimes I know it's not even possible to manage this if you won't be home to let everyone know you can't make it, but if you can warn the officers in advance during the day here on the forum then that will help them plan a little more and keep it running smoothly.
Sometimes people have to go early due to RL issues, and to keep them hanging around until it becomes too late for them to do anything is highly unfair when they've signed up to take part.

i agree on the above 2 posts we can be running late every time if we start at 19:30-20:00 means that the inv start at 19:30 and we start at 20:00 so that gives u a whole extra half hour to get your things sorted if you not already done so...
to start a hour later and keep every one waiting is just not acceptable.. i expect a post in the thread or at least shout box if something has come in between ( RL) or u are running late
if we start on time it means we have more time to give it a few tries and have fun and not ending up people having to leave after 2 tries....lol?...not rly...
good post Ediel im with u and kris every step of the way on this this has to change
