....k, here is the problem.
Home in Denmark I had no problems going on wireless, and actually I dont have here either... Unless I go furter away than 1,5 meters from the router. When I try to move my laptop away, i simply loses the connection and it wont let me back in. I finds the router on the network list, but it says that it is out of reach. I have tried with a USB adapter, but still doesnt work.
The router has worked with other laptops before, and never had problems logging on the internet with the old ones. Only thing's different, is that my laptop has Vista ( pff ) and the old ones had XP.
Can some one help me?
If theres anything else u need to know, just write it, and i will try to explain it as good as i can.
pls pls pls, i wanna play lotro again and be on ts without an 11 year old boy, is looking over my shoulder!!!

Sounds like it could be the wNIC on the laptop, try updating drivers and/or reinstalling it.
Also did the old laptop run a program to configure the wireless? if so that might be the problem that the router is configured to that software and the new laptop is using wireless zero config. Conflicts between wireless zero config and third party software can cause such problems. Try running with just the software and then with just wireless zero config and see wich one gives the best result.
typical windows in my opinion always like to cause trouble when there is something it cant controll
