Ok guys since I am not on LoTRo that much anymore I have been assigned a new role within the clan and along with it Demon and I have come up with an idea for an addition to the forums.
What this thread will be, is kind of like an Agony Aunt service but based around the Dark Templars Clan. This thread is for those of you who have trouble talking about problems you may have to do with the clan, maybe issues with another member, or the way things are run anything that you are irritated by that you find difficult to talk about face to face either ingame or on TeamSpeak. Those things you can post here and get constructive responses about. Alternatively if your issue is of a more sensitive nature, then you can request that I talk with you privately either in a PM or on an IM service such as xfire or MSN.
This is NOT a thread where people can openly flame each other. I don't want any trolling or name calling, and I don't wish for people to take offence at any of the things mentioned here. It takes a lot of courage for someone to openly say that they have a problem and so if you are part of the problem, please try and solve it as mature adults in a calm and pleasant way. If you can't do this, I will intervene and officially close that particular case.
Hopefully if this thread is successful we will be giving it a board of its own where each complaint can have its own thread and can be locked when it has been resolved. For now though lets see if this can work.
The aim of this is to have a known point of contact for people to talk to if they need help. I have been assigned that role and hope that people can approach me with confidence.
