i just thought i would post this tutorial on using the SCMD to admin a FEAR server.

The area we use to change game settings is called the SCMD. Bring up the global chat window (T by default) and then log in as an admin by typing the follwing:
SCMD login SERVERPW
(replace SERVERPW with your server password)
you should get a message: SCMD Login Successful.
Now Type: SCMD (followed By One of the following)
Command Parameter Description
HELP Displays List Of
Commands for SCMD
LOGIN <PASSWORD> Logs you in as a
Server Admin
LOGOUT Logs You Out of Server
Admin Mode
LISTCLIENTS Shows You Client
Names and IPs
LISTMAPS Shows a List of available
Maps (By Default 2)
NEXTMAP Jump to next map
in rotation
NEXTROUND goto next round for
this level
SETMAP <MAPINDEX> Jump Strait to a
map (using map index no)
BOOTNAME <PLAYERNAME> Kick a Person Off
the Server
BOOTID <PLAYERID> Kick a Player via
their Server assigned ID
BANUSER <PLAYERID> Ban a User By their
Server assigned ID
UNBANUSER <BANID> Unban a User using
the BANID assigned to them
LISTUSERBANS Show a List of Banned
Players
LISTGAMEOPTIONS List All Game Options
SHOWGAMEOPTION <OPTIONID> Show Details Of Game Option
SETGAMEOPTION<TD<OPTIONID><VALUE>
Set a new value using the Option ID (See below)

So if i wanted to change the speed at which people run the command i would type is:
SCMD SETGAMEOPTION 0 2.0
because 0 is the index number for runspeed and 2.0 is the new value i want.
Ban a Player From Your Server:
Look at your clientlist (SCMD LISTCLIENTS) and type:
SCMD BANUSER 0
(where 0 is the number next to the player name)
Changing a Map:
SCMD SETMAP 0 - Sets the map to facility
SCMD SETMAP 1 - Sets the map to Streets etc.
