Wel like i mentioned on TS on raid night
We where thinking of migrating server with the guild
reason for this is that the server we are on atm is very competitive
and it hard to recruit people atm.
so a fresh server would help in this matter.
now i know steampike is one of the most populated pve servers atm but its hard for us to get more people in.
all i want is to Raid thats my only passion in RIFT and i love to pvp on the side.
And i want to do it with DT/friends
We need just a couple more people for the 20man raiding
also with all the new gen games coming out its going to get even harder to keep the members we have and to get new people aswel.
i would love to hear your thoughts about this matter i also put up a simple pole where u can place a vote , where we as staff and members can see what the majority of us wants and later on we can setup a more detailed pole on what server we could join
Please dont just vote but also reply and tell us why u voted that and what your thoughts in general are about this server migration

Hello. well my vote is in and it's for a PvE serever. this simply because i utterly suck at PvP in rift. Untill they find an aggro mechanic that works on players i'll just tank the baddies.

My vote is for a PVP server and here is why, before coming on this server I was on a PVP one and yes there where bad moments when I got killed doing a quest, and yes I got nervous when someone camp my corpse, but the PVP dailys, PVP rifts where always fun, 2 full raids pushing to kill the the wave of guardians (I never seen this here, on this server u need to ask all day just to get 5 pple to do a pvp rift). Also with the latest changes to the pvp world is so easy to get a R3-4 gear and have a full set of valor equal with the R8 one. I can't say how will be on the new server, with the 1.5 patch but for the pvp fun that o got on the old server I vote PVP.

Wel i gave it some thought and tbh i rather stick to a pve server. ( Voted Pve server) And i also wanna share my thoughts about the Guild atm Ive been a clan leader for a while now and i had my share of guilds and i know all the things that come with it , and me thinking it would go different in RIFT was a bit of wishful thinking. We had/have Guild hoppers , Drama , Lack of loyalty , Lack of Dedication and De-motivation of some members. All this is getting to me tbh and this has impact on my motivation in carrying on with this guild. Also this is the reason that ive not been online that much.. But im not yet willing to give up yet. With all those things that have occurred u do meet people in MMO's that u build up a bond with and call friends in the end thats what keeping me going. We have a great Guild and great bunch of members and i want nothing els then go on all the crazy Raiding adventures with u guys in RIFT. But things have to change..and a server migration might also help in that change of getting some extra members in the Guild and making it easier for us to raid I know i mention raiding a lot but its the one thing i love in a MMO get max level and Raid , and do some PvP on the side  And i wanna do all this with the wonderful DT's Sry for the big rant it were a few things that where on my mind atm and i thought i would put it down here again i dont care what server , prefer pve but im fine with what the majority wants in the end as long as im with my mates meaning u guys  |

I voted for any server because i'm done leveling my alts and i barely ever need to go outside of main cities. You guys should take into account the fact that there will be competition for DRR tears. Anyways i'm happy we're doing this in order to recruit more people into the clan. (coming back this week!  ) |

I've been on both a big PvE server and big PvP server, I must say Steampike is either full of good guilds doing DRR/dailies together OR it's empty. I barely found a DRR on this server, so I think it's a great idea to switch, not necessary for what I mentioned above, but to get more people  |

Honestly I would prefer to stay on Steampike, I like most of the other difiants there, and have had some great fun doing open world PvP.
Personally I have no real -need- to do 20 man raiding, I have always preferred the 10 man content.
I did vote for a PvE server though, I enjoy pvp, but also want to be able to do quests/rifts/invasions in peace.

I voted PVE server. While i like world PVP i hate ganking/corpse camping, and from my experiance with other MMO's you'll always have that on PVP servers.
Since server transfers are free and can be done on a weekly bases with no real downside, i defenetly think it's worth the try do jump servers - we can always transfer back to good old SteamPike if we feel like it after a week.

Voted for pve aswell. As kia, i really like this server, i love some of the ppl around and have some world pvp fun with them. But i do love raiding both 10 and 20man. It's on of the main reasons i play mmo's, and i've been doing so for the last 5 years and dont plan on stopping yet But i do prefer a pve server with the same reasons as Xiatra. When i played WoW it was on a pvp server, and it was terrible, almost impossible to lvl an alt or do some daily quests. And it's no different in Rift i believe, since i started out playing on a PvP server and seriously, questing in scarlet gorge, scarwood reach, moonshade highlands, shimmersand, iron pine peak and so on, was impossible. There was always lvl 50's ganking all over. Getting from 30-50 would take ages. So a sum up: i prefer pve-server |

I voted pve-server because i want to raid and gather things. And if an server transfer would help us do the raid content, then i'm definitly pro server transfer.

I vote for a PvE server, simply because I want to do the dailys or other things without getting attacked or ganked by guardians. Steampike is a nice and friendly server, but if the majority of the members vote for a change, I will follow.
